Our work is impactful, but our ability to tell that story must match its significance. I will champion the centralization of data collection and reporting across chapters, ensuring we can effectively quantify our impact and leverage it to secure meaningful sponsorships and partnerships.

We must modernize how we communicate and operate. I will lead the development of a centralized NULYP dashboard—a one-stop shop for standard operating procedures, key dates, reporting tools, and organizational resources. Additionally, I will prioritize making information more digestible and accessible, ensuring our members receive what they need, how they need it.

We are operating in a pivotal political and cultural climate that demands both agility and authenticity. I believe our national programs should allow space for chapter-level innovation, empowering local leaders to meet the moment in ways that resonate within their communities. At the core of this approach is a simple truth: no one is bigger than the program. Our success depends on how well we collaborate, align, and support.

In this role, I am prepared to manage and monitor NULYP’s Program of Work with intention and accountability, provide operational oversight in close partnership with the President, and ensure alignment across the Executive Leadership Team. I understand the responsibility of serving as a stabilizing force for the organization and stand ready to step into the role of President if called upon.
